Hutton-in-the-Forest work as artist-in-residence
Dragonflies in the Long Gallery and an outdoor installation on cones possibly from mid June onwards. Grounds open every day except Saturdays, 10.30am-5pm. House open, Wed, Thurs and Sundays and bank holidays.
Greystoke Artspace, exhibition with Thora Talling and Heather Young and secondly with Janis Young and Caroline Dalton. 25 June – 26 August. Ceramic installations on caddis flies, also spiders and later skin. Church is open from 10am until about 5pm every day. There will be an open evening on Friday 7th August with drinks, eats and lights, 6pm – 8pm, all welcome.
Wray Castle National Trust. High Wray Windermere. Work involving the Freshwater Biological Assoc and with help from Sight Eden for visually impaired people, a plaster installation of algae with graphite drawings and photographs of water. 10 Sept until 16 Oct open every day, National Trust charges for entry to the castle. I will be there every Friday 11am – 3pm
C-Art Installation: Carlisle Cathedral, a long installation of ceramic dead flies and butterflies. 11 Sept until 27 Sept, the cathedral is open every day. I will be there each Monday and Tuesday, sketching – and chatting.
